Soyun Lucas (now 10), was 8 years old when she completed her first hundred day gong of Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down - the youngest in America.

     She filled in all of her happy faces and added green and orange hair to each one!  The gong sheet really helped to keep the motivation going. She felt very happy and special when she completed her 100 days;  she felt more energy and was able to concentrate better on her school work.  Even with her mother at a workshop, she never missed a single day.

     She has now made the commitment to fulfill a haola hula gong both for herself and to encourage her brother HyoChul.
